1) Can I replace or exchange the product if I don’t like it?
Replacement or exchange is allowed only in case of transit damage, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory.
Items reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement/exchange.
Products must be couriered back to the address provided by us. Replacement will be shipped once we receive and inspect the returned parcel.
Note: Minor stone loosening will not be considered damage, as it can be fixed.
2) Is package opening video mandatory?
Yes. In case of missing or damaged items, a complete unboxing video (without cuts or edits) is required for verification.
Requests without video proof will not be accepted.
3) What if the package is returned due to unavailability?
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable or unreachable, the package may be returned to us.
In such cases:
• No refund will be provided
• Customer must pay re-shipping charges
• The order will be re-shipped after receiving the returned parcel
4) How many days does delivery take? Do you offer express shipping?
Delivery typically takes 5–10 working days within India.
Courier delays (if any) are not included in the timeline.
Currently, we do not offer express shipping.
5) What happens if I enter the wrong phone number?
The delivery person will require an OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
If an incorrect number is provided and OTP cannot be shared, the parcel will be returned.
Re-shipping charges must be paid to dispatch again.
6) Can I cancel my order?
No. Once the order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
7) Will the product look exactly like the picture?
Our jewellery is handcrafted, so slight variations may occur from piece to piece.
However, there will be no major difference from the displayed images.
Minor variations are not eligible for exchange.
8) How do I track my parcel?
Once shipped, tracking details will be sent via SMS or email.
Click on the tracking link provided to check your order status.
9) What is the jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is made using high-quality alloy/brass/copper/iron bases with premium matte or imitation gold plating.
We do not sell real gold, real silver, or one-gram gold jewellery.
10) Is there any warranty or guarantee?
No, there is no formal warranty.
However, we promise premium quality and double quality-check before dispatch.
11) Can artificial jewellery be polished?
No. Artificial jewellery cannot be polished.
