To ensure complete satisfaction:
• Please read the product description carefully for details about size, material, and finish.

• You can also check our Instagram page where we regularly post product pictures and hand videos in natural lighting to help you make an informed decision.

Order Process & Quality Assurance
Our process ensures every product meets our standards:
1) Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, an Order ID and invoice will be sent to your registered email ID.
Please check your inbox or spam folder if not visible.
2) Quality Check & Dispatch
Each jewellery piece undergoes a thorough quality inspection before packing and dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
What Is NOT Considered as Damage
The following are not treated as manufacturing defects:
• Slight colour variation (5–10%) due to lighting or screen/device differences.
• Minor finishing marks due to handcrafted detailing.
• Layer tangling in layered jewellery (can be easily adjusted).
• Slightly bent earring posts (intentionally flexible to suit different piercing angles).
• Loose stones/pearls inside the packet due to transit vibration (replacement stones can be provided in your next order if required).
We DO NOT Accept Returns For:
• Product does not suit you
• Change of mind after ordering
• Ordered for someone else and they did not like it
• Order placed by mistake
• Size issues (bangles, rings, bracelets, chains, etc.)
• Delay in delivery
• Product not received before your occasion date
• Damage caused after delivery while wearing or trying
We ACCEPT Returns Only For:
• Transit / Logistic Damage (if proven)
Return Request Process
In case of damage due to logistics, please follow the steps below within 24 hours of delivery:

Report the issue on WhatsApp with:
• Your Name
• Order ID
• A clear 360° unboxing video (Compulsory – No cuts or edits)
⚠️ Repacked items without an unboxing video will not be accepted.
⚠️ Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Approved Return Instructions
If your return request is approved:
• The item must be shipped back within 48 hours of delivery.
• Return courier options: India Post / DTDC / ST Courier / Franch Express (or any standard courier).
• Shipping cost up to ₹80 will be reimbursed.
• Our team will share the return address.
• Kindly share the tracking number once dispatched.
Refunds / Replacements
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will update you via WhatsApp/email.
• If approved, a replacement will be shipped at no extra cost.
• Refund (if applicable) will be processed only for the product price (shipping charges are non-refundable).
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

All refund or replacement decisions are made at the sole discretion of Zenshyn Jewels after proper verification of the case.
