Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or WhatsApp.

• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
• Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

• Standard shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
• Free shipping may be available during special promotions or on orders above a certain value (if applicable).
Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

After dispatch:

• You can track your order directly through the courier partner’s website.
If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us.
5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

• Zenshyn Jewels is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.
